Stacey David and the entire GearZ team are proud to announce that Season IV of Stacey David’s GearZ™ will premier on the SPEED network on Saturday, February 20th at 9:00 EST throughout North America and Canada.

Stacey David, former longtime host of Trucks! shown on the Spike network, introduced his high energy 30 minute GearZ show in 2007 to millions of automotive enthusiasts, gathering rave reviews for a show that reinvented the “how-to” automotive program format. David’s unique on-air style, mechanical expertise, and broad coverage of high profile vehicles, is what keeps the audience begging for more. He incorporates comic situations, woven in with nostalgic automotive history, and effectively offers real-world advice to those he urges to go out and build something. His registered “What Are you Workin’ On ?” slogan comes from the heart. Every show features one or more stories about the progress of a viewers’ latest garage project.

“The success of GearZ,” says David, “is that we cover it ALL…… from muscle cars to hot rods, to trucks, bikes and planes. If it’s mechanical, you’ll probably see it on GearZ. We’re very excited about this year’s premiere on SPEED because you’re going to see some great vehicles in action, from historical military rigs, to an F-18 Hornet, to the Speed Racer Mach 5! There’s also going to be some great tips and tricks for the DIY’ers, as well as really cool how-to projects that will blow your mind. Add this to a whole bunch of other surprises and guests along the way, and you’ve got…….well……GearZ!

Transmission failure at the track can be a killer, especially when your car has to be ready for its next run. With a Jiffy-tite Quick-Connect Transmission Kit you can set up your transmission for quicker swap-outs, without the time and safety issues related to draining the hot transmission fluid and refilling the new transmission. Unlike an old fashioned threaded fitting set-up, this innovative kit allows you to connect or disconnect the fluid line(s) in seconds without any tools. There’s absolutely no wrenching required for a high-flow, 100% leak proof seal. To connect, simply pull the socket collar back and insert the male plug on the fuel line. Then release the collar. Just listen for the click and you’re ready to go. Disconnect with a simple pull on the collar and the valve design keeps the hot transmission fluid safe inside the line and not running down your arm.

The unique, patented Quick-Connect design works with most high-performance transmission and transmission cooler applications on the market. Designed to be lightweight for high performance race and street applications, Jiffy-tite Transmission Kits are sold standard valved in -6 AN and includes steel braided hose (if necessary) and everything needed to complete the installation. For transmission kits, viton® (fluorocarbon) seals are standard.

Jiffy-tite Motorsports makes a full line of Quick-Connect Fluid Fittings to fit most water, fuel, oil, or transmission systems. They are the fastest, most secure fittings on the market and are NHRA and IHRA approved and SCCA accepted.

For more information about the easy to use Jiffy-tite Quick-Connect Transmission Kits or any of their Quick-Connect fittings please call Jiffy-tite Motorsports at 1-888-605-7788, or visit www.jiffy-tite.com.
