MAHLE Motorsport Introduces the PowerPak for Big Block Pontiac

Fletcher, NC (March 24, 2009)… MAHLE offers power and performance for Pontiacs, with the new release of our Pontiac Big Block.  With a 10.5 to 1 compression ratio, these Pontiac specific PowerPaks  have built-in clearances and are designed drop-in-ready for finished bores.  Each PowerPak includes forged pistons, round wire locks, high quality steel wrist pins and 1/16”, 1/16”, 3/16” low drag, racing rings.

Precision CNC finish machined pin bores for reduced piston to pin clearance, phosphate dry film lubricant and MAHLE’s Grafal® anti-friction coatings ensure consistent, durable performance.  High quality steel pins (145 grams), radiused valve pockets and forced pin oiling come standard with the PowerPak.
